A company did not issue a refund. How do
I get one through Suckered.Org?
If a company failed to issue you a refund in accordance to their terms and
within the 8-week period then contact us and be sure to give us the
details of your order along with details of your correspondence with the
company in question. We will mediate the situation for you and get
your refund. If we cannot successfully mediate and get your refund
issued then we will send you a payment via
PayPal or check (if you
prefer) to cover your loss. Loss is limited to the purchase price
of the product.
If a company doesn't give me what I want
should I threaten them with a bad review?
No. That is called blackmail and you should never engage in that
behavior. You can certainly let them know that you plan on making a
review for them on Suckered.Org and that their actions, good or bad, will
be commented on in the review.
